Tracking – very important

I realize every day how important it is to log every bite you take to make sure you meet your requirements. So far the easiest way I have found is myfitnesspal – they track all your protein, sugar, sodium, etc. So, every day I can make sure I hit my protein target – and I know right away if I am falling behind.

Make sure you either keep a paper log or an online journal – very important. It is soooo hard to get in the protein….trust me…but it can be done! 

I honestly do not know how I would live without scrambled eggs and premier protein shakes. 30 grams from 1 shake makes my life so much easier!!
